WATCH: Oliver Proudlock Talks Serge DeNimes

Posted by Styloko

If you’re a fan of Made In Chelsea, the name Oliver Proudlock won’t be at all unfamiliar (for those who have something better to do on a Sunday than watching re-runs of misfit Chelsea-ites share social explosions, here’s a quick catch-up: Proudlock’s the third wheel to uber-cute, baby-blonde Jamie and the hilariously inappropriate Francis Boulle; probably the most ‘normal’ of the lot. Also, despite its cringe-inducing dramas, MIC is actually great guilty viewing – you’re really missing out).

Anyway, we digress. Because Oliver Proudlock is also a designer (no eye-rolling at the back). He set up Serge DeNimes, a t-shirt brand with a focus on arty, photographic prints, just over a year ago, and by all accounts, it’s rather ruddy good. So, with one impressive successful season under his belt – his tees are already stocked in Harrods, Wolf & Badger, Joseph and Donna Ida – we popped over to Proudlock’s pad* to chat art, design, and the future of Serge DeNimes – oh yeah, and spy an exclusive sneak peek at his new collection.

Watch our vid below (we realise Proudlock has a somewhat controversial relationship with videos, but this, we think you’ll agree, is pretty bloody excellent viewing).

*ok, so it might have been at the Whitesmoke showroom.
