MET Ball Disasters You’ll Love To Laugh At
Posted by Styloko
Some people are born to look great on the red carpet. Some people, like us, simply aren’t. Then there are the ones who are born to look great, but fall at the last hurdle – and if we let you into a secret, they’re our favourite kind. Yes, it’s a bit mean to take delight from someone else’s downfall, but hey, these girls have us crying into our ice cream bowls most of the time for looking so god damn perfect, we figure we’re allowed to point and laugh just once (ok, this round’s our fourth).
Without further ado, here’s our round-up of the disasters from last night’s MET ball that’ll make you feel a bit better about yourself this afternoon.
Beyonce in Givenchy
Oh, honey. Who superglued your hands to your hips?
Karen Elson in Marc Jacobs

We used to think Karen Elson was too cool for school. Now we just think she never left. Also, saggy-tight-syndrome just made us vom a little bit.
Diane Kruger in Prada

Srsly. We’re so appalled by this we can’t even use vowels.
Diana Agron in Caroline Herrera

Girl, if you wanted some hips we could’ve given you a handful of ours. You look like a cabbage.
Leighton Meester in Marchesa

Did we miss the part in Gossip Girl where Leighton Meester’s legs exploded?
Anja Rubik in Anthony Vaccarello

We’re so scared of seeing her fifi we actually cried. Into a giant pair of knickers. P.S. Anja, can we get the number of your waxer?
Kristen Stewart in Balenciaga

Bless. Someone told her it was abstract art.
