Hello, we are Styloko.

Shopping comes from discovery. Styloko connects you to the products you love. Quick. Curated. Personal. Welcome to the future of shopping.

Meet The Team

Emily O'Brien

Editor In-Chief

When I’m not playing resident spell-checker - writing, editing and organising Styloko’s content across the site and beyond - I’m coordinating our creative outputs and keeping an eye out for cool finds to feature. Fashion and start-ups are my thing, along with popcorn, cheese, Miu Miu shoes and scotch eggs. I own far too many Breton tops than is healthy, but I’d give them up in a heartbeat for my dream guy (black, small, called Colin. He’s a Pug, FYI).

Orla Barrett

Head of Marketing

As marketing director I have the wonderful task of sharing Styloko with the world! I cherish a challenge, especially those that involve shopping and can make life easier. Currently obsessed with Balmain pointy shoulder blazers, which has given me some respite from my eternal quest for the perfect leather biker jacket. Happiest when: staying on top of the latest trends, nibbling on sushi and watching a kick-ass sunset (not necessarily all at the same time!).

Ink Limpichart

Fashion Writer

As Styloko's fashion writer, I scour the web all day in search of the coolest fashion must-haves. Needless to say, I have a passion for writing and (online) shopping, which makes my job a dream. Aside from my growing collection of white t-shirts, my penchant for shoes and my never-ending admiration for Miuccia Prada, my other true love is food. My personal mission, which began six years ago, is to seek out the world's best steak tartare. If I could, I’d eat it everyday, wearing head-to-toe Prada, of course.

Becky Cowell

Editorial Assistant

I keep you up to date with the latest shopping and celebrity style news, along with collaborations, inspirations and launches. I have a slight obsession with Mary Katrantzou and a major obsession with CSI (Law and Order just isn't the same, guys). I’m a very laid back shopper, unless I have to actually visit a store instead of, y’know, click buttons online.

Hollie Barker-Hale

Product Co-Ordinator

As Styloko’s product co-ordinator, the majority of my day is spent categorising the latest product arrivals to make sure they’re shoppable on our site. Keeping up with fashion news and thinking about marketing ideas fills in the gaps! I’m currently a little obsessed with buying coats, lime green (the colour), and Thai food. My aims for the year are to convince my parents a puppy is a good idea, and to finally set up my blog.

Liane Ward

Product Assistant

As Styloko's Product Assistant, I spend most of my day resisting the impulse to shop the site's new arrivals! Instead, I organise the product feed to give our users the best possible retail experience. Outside the office, I continue my quest to find the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans, stopping along the way to refuel on some of London's tastiest offerings. As the newest addition to Styloko, I'm excited for what's in store (literally and metaphorically speaking!)

Julia Neel

Julia Neel was Fashion Editor at Vogue.com for three years before taking up the bohemian challenge of freelancing. Now, she writes for a coterie of titles about the trends that matter most (and other pressing topics) from her London home. In her weekly Styloko column, Now Trending, she charts the season's hottest trends - what they are, how to wear them and, importantly, how not to wear them. With an eclectic style, she has soft spots for (read: addictions to) vintage dresses, stilettos and fur coats - and she loves a good blazer.

From working on Alexander McQueen’s legendary shows of the 90s, to more recently heading up fashion PR at Reiss and Selfridges, Emma now runs her own boutique PR agency. In her regular Styloko column, Emma Encounters, she talks to the people she's met who’ve inspired her along the way, asking them to reveal the secrets of their success to the next generation of budding fashionistas.
